COACHING

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING!

One-on-coaching is based on my book, “Turning Pink Elephants into White Tigers: 5 Simple Steps To Master A Life Worth Living From The Inside Out.”

You and I will work together to learn exactly how to apply that simple principle, and others, to move your ideas into reality. We’ll clarify your goals, purpose, and create a plan that will include how to overcome any obstacles in the way.

One-on-one coaching is also available for any of the other programs, such as, “The Deeper Path.”

What Is Coaching?

Coaching is powerful. Being coached can be one of the most life changing experiences that you’ll ever encounter. It’s about a relationship with someone who will help you close the gap between where you are and where you would rather be.

According to the Harvard Business Review, a good coach can help you achieve life-changing results that yield success and significance in any area of your life.

Less than 1 in a thousand people have ever been coached. It’s one of the most misunderstood fields. In fact, the majority of counselors have never even heard of a coach.

Here are some distinctions between coaching and other approaches to people helping:

  1. Teaching is sharing information.
  2. Training is sharing skills.
  3. Mentoring is sharing experience.
  4. Consulting is sharing advice.
  5. Counseling is sharing therapy.
  6. Coaching is sharing transformation.

Counseling vs. Coaching

  • Counseling is moving someone from dysfunction to function.
Coaching is moving someone from function to potential.
  • Counseling is predominantly focused on the past.
Coaching is predominantly focused on the future.

Check out this blog article to get more distinction between counseling and coaching. Coaching is in no way counseling. However, a coach trainer told me once, “Coaching is not therapy, but good coaching can be therapeutic.” CLICK HERE.
